Losing your makeup bag (and the contents therein) can be truly disastrous, especially if you pack it full of your most precious beauty possessions. Washingtonian has envisioned precisely such a disaster, and asked some of the area's top makeup artists to name the product they'd replace first if they were to lose their kit.
A few spoke straight to our hearts, replacing trusty mascaras and their go-to foundations (including our fave Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer), while others threw us for a loop and opted for the Clarisonic Mia and an eyebrow-defining palette.
