You've had such a storied career. What, to you, are a few highlights?
"Shooting the cover of American Vogue with Kate Moss was very cool, and being nominated five times for the VH1 Model of the Year award was a huge honor. But my biggest highlight was doing the Viktor & Rolf haute couture show as the only model. My agent, Louie Chaban, had to beg me to do it. I had to choose that or the Chanel Couture show and I was very close to turning it down. I've learned a lot about fashion since those days, but thank God someone smarter then me was making the calls!"

What's one of the best pieces of advice you've received in your career?
"'Keep your chin down. And if you don't know what you're doing, make us believe you do.' From my first job with Steven Meisel. 'You must fly the Concorde in life, it's much more chic.' From Karl Lagerfeld when I was shooting the Fendi campaign with him in Biarritz."

Now those are what we call baby blues!
