With the impending, swirling doom that is Frankenstorm "stormatron 5,000," Louis CK cancelled his Sunday night show at the City Center in a fashion that reminds us just why he's our favorite New York funny man. And it's not just that he ate the hefty fee that comes with his precautionary cancellation, or that he already has a rescheduled date and refunds on the table.
Throwing spontaneity (and grammar!) to the wind, CK used an R29 fave format in the form of an open letter, that combined his signature self-deprecating sass, and the sense that's been lacking in some of the Sandy preparations we've seen (hello snow-day-booze-fest hybrid).
