What's the dynamic at LAB like?
Christopher Charles McDaniel: "We all work together and understand what each other is feeling, so we make it a point to support one another and keep a pleasant work environment. The best moments are when someone does something really well in rehearsal, and everyone breaks out into snaps and whispers, 'Work!' or 'Get it!'. We love to encourage and applaud each other. I will never forget the one rehearsal where I executed a difficult series of turns, and everyone burst into applause. It was so uplifting."
