Olivia Rubin Outfits the Next Generation of Monets
Whether you favor cubism or abstract impressionism (or slept through art history altogether), it's a pretty standard commonality that a girl in a pretty dress is always a muse-worthy subject matter. In this dot-splotched lookbook shot by Alistair Guy, model Alys looks pretty as a painting in an array of asymmetrical cocktail numbers with a fine-arts-major edge. These Olivia Rubin designs mix pinks, blues, and peaches with black contour lines and heels fit for sauntering into any gallery with ease. We hope she isn't missing too much class time to pose for the camera, but if the masterpieces surrounding her are any indication of her talents, she's going to pass with flying colors. (Alistair Guy)
