Cool Girls Inc.: A First Look at Chrissie Miller's Newest Sophomore Class

New collections, especially those hatched in NYC, are literally a dime a dozen (and in this economy, maybe not even that much). But when we discovered SOPHOMORE a year or so ago—designer Chrissie Miller's relaxed, sexy lineup of clingy T-shirt dresses, tanks, and slim zip-up-the-front skirts—we knew she was on to something good. Her latest delivery for spring/summer confirms our suspicions and continues on the path to '70s-Lower-East-Side slacker sexiness. Beautifully shot by Cass Bird, Miller's latest lookbook puts her designs to work on a gaggle of local cool girls like Harley Viera Newton and band-mate Lissie Trullie along with Alexandra Richards and Cory Kennedy.
