Aussie Designer Gail Sorronda's Spring '10 Lookbook Is "A Ritual, Like Exotic Birds Dancing"

Australian Fashion Week was peppered with a series of lesser-known designers, some of which have the potential to be big stars. Behold Gail Sorronda, who we came across on style maven Susie Bubble's blog. In addition to having been recently captured by the Sart, Gail also put out a spring/summer '10 (yes, it's already that time folks, can you believe it?) lookbook full of dreamy shots that look like they're from another era altogether. The blurry, ethereal photographs feature exotic feathers woven to make capelets and bodysuits, a lush and drape-y blouse with gorgeous accents, and dresses both long and short, mysterious and elusive, all of which contribute to Gail's vision of the collection being "inspired by...a ritual like exotic birds dancing." We've never seen birds dancing, per se, but we'll take her word for it.
