These babies are back — and even more voluminous, this time around. But, for fall, they're made from materials not traditionally used for this type of ladylike garment, namely PVC. And even when they did appear on the runway in the more standard wool or silk varieties, the styling was entirely different. Blouses or sweaters were loosely tucked into the waist creating an attitude that was far more relaxed than we’ve seen with this style before. It’s a definite autumn essential.
