Beet Root Martini from Soho Beach House

"The Beet Root Martini is a great way to enjoy a refreshing and savory cocktail poolside or in your beach chair next to the ocean. The blended flavors of oranges, roasted beets, honey, bright citrus from meyer lemons, and the earthy notes of agave from Alacran Tequila mix perfectly to enhance the aromatics, taste buds. With the presentation, it looks as good as it tastes."

Recipe:

2 ounces Alacran Tequila
¾ ounces lemon juice
¾ ounces honey syrup
1 ounce fresh beet juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
Garnish with a sprig of thyme.

Add all ingredients into a Boston glass and shake vigorously. Double strain into frosted martini glass, garnish with a sprig of thyme, serve.
