It's Time For Another Lincoln Park After Dark Fashion Extravaganza

2
The crazy storms we've been experiencing can only remind us that April showers bring May flowers — along with warmer temps that allow us to sport a new wardrobe as fresh as the spring air. But as long as it's still pouring out, seek shelter at the second annual Lincoln Park After Dark Fashion Show, taking place on Thursday, April 11, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Essentia.
A whopping 20 Lincoln Park boutiques (think Comfort Me, Frimson, Barbour) will showcase their latest wears via a high-energy runway show, while you sit back, relax, and enjoy cocktails and light bites from Oh, Olive! Like what you see? You'll be able to purchase any of the items in real time via the walkby shop local iPhone app.
All of this fun comes for only a suggested $5 donation at the door, which goes to the Lincoln Park Merchants Association. The first 100 guests to arrive will receive a killer swag bag, so don't come to this fete fashionably late.
Essentia, 2118 North Halsted (between Webster and Dickens avenues); 773-327-6300.
