Liam Gallagher has proven to be, shall we say, a tad lacking when it comes to things like eyebrow maintenance, brotherly love, and getting through a set without storming offstage.
But, has the enfant terrible of Britpop found his true calling in men's fashion? The former Oasis frontman's eco-leaning Pretty Green brand already has 11 U.K. stores and an outpost in Japan, and now comes word that the label will be presenting at the London Collections: Men on January 7. Should Tom Ford be nervous?
Pretty Green will stage a cinematic presentation of its fall '13 collection at The Arts Club (also the site of R29's own London launch party) which will highlight its connection to the music industry (you don't say). And, while Liam doesn't actually design the mod wares himself, he is said to oversee the production of every piece that goes out.
Sure, we're still struggling to see him as the second coming of Paul Smith, but hey, if Jay-Z can sing "Wonderwall" at Glastonbury, we suppose anything's possible.
