It's An I-DIY Event — & You're Invited!

Truth: The beginning of the workweek can be a bit depressing — especially now that summer's over — so, we'd like to turn your frown upside down.
Clear your calendar on Monday, September 9, for a fun-filled event with R29, local jewelry guru Laura Lombardi, and Levi's. Seriously, your laundry can wait until Tuesday because there's going to be hot dogs from The Haute and the Dog, a DJ set from Ladytron's Reuben Wu, and (our favorite part) some serious DIY fun! Not only will you learn how to transform your dungarees for a new fall look, you'll also learn how to make your own killer Bloody Mary, courtesy of a boozy DIY station by Double Cross Vodka.
Oh, and something else to make you smile? The event is free, so all you need to do is show up after work ready to let loose — just reserve your spot by emailing RSVP@Refinery29. Your Chicago editor (that's me!) will be there, so be sure to stop over and introduce yourself — after grabbing yourself a Mary, of course.
Levi's Store, 600 North Michigan Avenue (between Ohio and Ontario Streets); 312-642-9613.
