"The heat! After living in the city for four years, we thought it was finally time to live in the sun. On any given day, coming home to temperatures 10-degrees warmer than the city and clear skies gives me great happiness and energy."

What are your must-hit spots in P.A.?

"Definitely Fraiche. The Oreo frozen yogurt is out of this world! Homma’s Brown Rice Sushi, a tasty roll from the father and son brown-rice sushi-making duo always hits the spot. The Sunday farmers’ market on California Avenue. And the Stanford Dish, a habitat conservation project turned hike. On clear days, you can see across the bay and beyond."
