To get the look, first prep your skin with foundation. For each eye, use a flat nylon brush to press bright-blue eyeshadow over your entire lid, starting in the inner corner and working toward the outer corner in an arc. Next, use your fingertip to dab a glittery green liquid liner on top of the shadow at the inner corner of your eye, stopping at the center of your lid. This draws extra light and sparkle toward your eyes. Then, line your upper lashline with black eyeliner, also gliding it three-quarters of the way along your lower lashline, starting from the outer corner. Smudge the liner using a pencil brush for a soft focus. Finally, coat lashes with mascara, and add contouring to your cheeks and the sides of your nose. Complete the look with a natural lip.
