Acai is definitely trending in the health and wellness world, for good reason. The South American berry (indigenous to the Amazon rainforest) is chock-full of antioxidants, fiber, and heart-healthy fats. We teamed up with vegan food blogger, Sweet Vegan Life, to show you how to make this mouthwatering bowl of goodness. Click through to see how it's done.

Ingredients
1 tbsp acai powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 large frozen banana, sliced
1/2 cup coconut water
Fresh strawberries to top
Fresh banana slices to top
Sliced almonds
Coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Blend acai powder, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and coconut water together.
2. Top with freshly cut strawberries, bananas, sliced almonds, and coconut flakes.
3. Enjoy!
