3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp cornichon brine
1 lb cooked, peeled large shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup cornichons, chopped
2 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
4 hot dog buns
4 romaine leaves
1. In a bowl, combine: mayo, mustard, cornichon brine, then mix
2. Add chopped shrimp, cornichons, and tarragon
3. Line hot dog buns with romaine leaves
