Spring is here (even if doesn't feel like it), which means summer is around the corner. And, one thing we love splurging on this time of year is fresh juice. It's chock-full of nutrients: great for your skin, hair, and of course, body! Don't forget to add your veggies in, like we did here, for maximum health benefits. This is one of our favorite recipes, just the right amount of sweetness with all of the green benefits.

1.5 green apples
3 celery stalks
5 large spinach leaves
1/4 grapefruit, peeled
1 square inch of ginger
7 mint leaves
Cut all ingredients according to your juicer's instructions. Juice everything except the lime. Squeeze lime juice over. ENJOY!
