...Or, at least, he does in this creepy (and creepily charming?) set of photos from Vogue Hellas. Shot by René Habermacher and Jannis Tsipoulanis, the man behind Lanvin's gorgeous frocks stares pitilessly into a mirror, peers icily around a wall frame, and curls his lips in disdain while gripping a rose. Thrown into the mix is an entire array of terrifying little dolls, including one bearing an uncanny resemblance to Monsieur Elbaz himself. While we kind of enjoy his foray into the dark side, it all just reminds us of how much we miss the old Alber. Bring back the bow ties! (A Shaded View)
