Win Free Tix & Eat Your Heart Out At The L.A. Street Food Fest

We never walk away from the Rose Bowl empty-handed. (Seriously, it's borderline hoarder status.) But this Saturday, it looks like our bellies will be full rather than our totes once we exit those gates. The L.A. Street Food Festival is taking over with its most impressive lineup to date: newbies such as Lazy Ox Canteen, Mo-Chica, and Short Order have been added to the roster, in addition to an already stacked panel for this year's cook-off. Our tummies are already rumbling!

Plus, it wouldn't be a proper street food celebration without a few four-wheeled vendors! There will be an entire caravan of trucks offering up their on-the-go grub, including the chef-approved Kogi and Gravy Train Poutinerie. If you're looking to try something a little sweeter, hit up the Ice Cream Social, where you can grab a chilled sammie from CoolHaus or some scoops with cereal-themed toppings from Longboards.
While the all-you-can-eat event is certainly worth the $45 price tag, we're offering one lucky reader a set of two tickets to the drool-worthy affair. Just hit the comments section below and tell us: If you could create your own food truck, what would it be called and what kind of fare would you feature? We'll pick a winner on Thursday, so stay tuned!
Now, where did we put our keys? It's about time for an early lunch break!
When: Saturday, July 21, 5 to 9 p.m.
Where: Rose Bowl Stadium, 1001 Rose Bowl Drive (near North Seco Street), Pasadena; 626-577-3100.
