Trois Mec

Trois Mec – meaning "three guys" in French, is named for the three dudes behind this former pizzeria. But, don't let the humble exterior fool you; these chefs tout some serious street cred. Ludo Lefebvre, of LudoBites, and Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook, of Animal, really have things cooking here, despite being hidden away in a little pod mall. Featuring an open kitchen and a "terroir" (natural) tasting menu that is just to die for, the restaurant sells tickets to prospective diners through their website, which only adds allure to this elusive spot. So, strap on those metallic sandals and bust out your cool duds before finding your way over here. Just make sure to purchase your tickets far, far in advance!
