Tell us a little bit about your current role at the company.
"I wear a lot of hats, and am constantly problem solving. It's really a lot of work maintaining a small business, as there so many subtle things and we all have to multitask daily. My specific role is on the creative side, keeping up the overall feel of the brand and projects that we choose to take on. I also work with developing new products and testing them to make sure they are to standard."
