EXCLUSIVE: Kimbra Premieres “Two Way Street” Video

We've been big fans of Kimbra ever since we heard "Somebody That I Used To Know," and when we chatted with her a few weeks back, we knew she was one to watch. The New Zealand songstress saw the kind of overnight explosion of U.S. fame that's only possible on YouTube, and now she's a bona fide artist with a brand-new album, Vows, and a single to match.
The just-released "Two Way Street" is proof our girl K is a pretty face with a killer instinct for style and sound. In fact, this song is actually pretty innovative. It combines all the catchy fun of the over-synthed tween-clubby music that dominates the radio with gentle lyricism and a distinctly lo-fi vibe. It's the kind of track that could be equally useful on a reflective Sunday afternoon and at a bumping, dimly lit house party.
