"I never thought that I would have a platform bed but here we are. I wanted it to look like a Bento box. It couldn’t be easier to wake in the morning. I literally roll out of bed and put the bedspread back on as if it were a box top. The plant (mother-in-law’s tongue) gives me some privacy but doesn’t block my view of the cityscape. The fur rugs make it look a little Playboy mansion but they seemed appropriate at the time and are insanely comfortable."
