"The library is the smallest room in the apartment and the one I prefer most. Here are paintings by my friend Eric Beare. If I am home, which is very rare, you can find me sitting on the floor eating take-out from Perry Street Restaurant, conveniently located downstairs, or pizza from Rays, watching the Kardashians—which I’m obsessed with. In addition to my godsons I use every chance I get to spend with Martha’s granddaughter, Jude who is 6 months old and luckily for me lives right upstairs. The quilt on the floor and pillow are both from Parthault and are always at the ready as I am always dragging her down to my apartment. An abundance of velvet pillows, fur blankets from Sharnelle Furs, and a white shag rug make it a pretty comfy place to be."
