Erin Weinger, 28, Digital Content and Social Media Director

What does your role encompass from day to day?
"I strategize how we use social media and creative online storytelling to grow the brand. I work with our amazing team to put those ideas into play — whether that’s coming up with a cool giveaway on our website, working with bloggers to fuel sales on our affiliate networks, or manning a Twitter chat with The Washington Post. Simply put, I’m the office geek!"

How did you score your gig?
"I actually got the call about this job while I was in Chicago working on some writing projects, and was forced to Skype with my now boss from the comfort of a friend’s condo. I was hired on the spot — not sure if that was a testament to my skill set or my boss's desire to escape my incessant tales of tweeting. Either way, here I am!"

Why do you think your personality is best suited for the company?
"I’m quite energetic and tend to be a pain in the ass — two qualities that thankfully play perfectly into my boss's favorite saying: 'The squeaky wheel gets the grease.'"

What's been your most memorable moment with the company thus far?
"We sponsored a blogger event in Dallas and I accidentally packed a bottle of red wine in my checked luggage. Needless to say, the wine didn’t make it home intact. I looked like I’d been watching too much Dexter by the red streak that followed my suitcase through the LAX baggage claim."

What's the biggest perk to your job?
"At the risk of sounding corny, the learning experience is better than any material perk. I’ve worked on the editorial and journalism side of fashion for six years, but to now be in the same room as a creative design team led by a visionary such as Kelly (and get to truly see how a collection is built from start to finish) is an invaluable process to watch. Of course, scoring deeply discounted Wearstler duds isn’t half bad, either!"

How would you describe your work environment in five words or less?
"Decorated better than my apartment."

What items have you been lusting after?
"Where do I even start? I want the black marble Kiss Sculpture on my mantle, the teal leather Fallen Jacket on my shoulders, and Kelly’s one-of-a-kind 14k gold and quartz architectural cocktail ring on my finger. And that’s a very abbreviated wish list."
