What does your role encompass from day to day?
Alanna: "I'm Kelly and Brad's executive assistant and I help each of them run their daily to-do lists, schedule travel needs, as well as help manage the office as whole. I also help all our employees with everyday necessities and make sure the office is always running smoothly. Needless to say, there's never a dull moment!"

How did you score your gig?
Alanna: "I was lucky enough to hear of the job opening and jumped at the chance to work for such an incredible and special company. I was a bit nervous but extremely thrilled when they called me and told me I got the job! It's been two years and I couldn't ask for a better design family."

Why do you think your personality is best suited for the company?
Alanna: "You will never see me in a bad mood. I like to think I have an upbeat attitude and am always friendly. I am a master at juggling 100 things at once, and as crazy as the days can get, I manage to keep calm and still work effectively. I think my cubicle mates appreciate that!"

What's the biggest perk to your job?
Alanna: "It's incredibly inspiring to learn from Kelly and see how she produces such great design ideas. She has an amazing ability to work in these interior meetings and then head straight into a fashion fitting all the while thinking about every department. She's incredible."

How would you describe your work environment in five words or less?
Alanna: "The most inspiring office anywhere."
