When most mothers proclaim, "I'm a cool mom," it's usually a loosely translated plea to teach them how to take selfies and Skype with their kids away at college. But that is obviously not the case with new mom Julia Restoin-Roitfeld. Since becoming a mother herself, she has also created a different kind of child, a brain child, called Romy And The Bunnies.
The creative site is a go-to destination for actually cool moms that want to know which diaper bags go with their designer heels, which stuffed animals won't mess up their home decor, and which beauty tips promise the return of their once healthy pregnant glow (minus the actual pregnancy). Unlike other similar efforts of yore, the site is well-polished and beautiful, just like its savvy creators.
Unsurprisingly, the site's launch dinner was equally chic. Last night, The Nomad Hotel rooftop set the scene for a lovely and laid-back meal enjoyed by co-hostess Fabiola Beracasa, and her guests like Pamela Love, Natalie Joos, Eddie Borgo, and Giovanna Battaglia. Also impressive? The crop top that revealed Restoin-Roitfled's impossibly flat, post-baby tummy. Now that we'd like tips on, too!
