Couture & Cocktails: The Fashion Event You MUST Attend!

2-pamellaroland
Even if you've never actually been to a ballet (the Nutcracker counts, people!), consider elevating your Friday night plans with one of the coolest fashion events in town: The Joffrey's annual Couture & Cocktails. Why drop a little extra coin this weekend? Aside from opening your philanthropic wallet to support the arts, it's one serious party.
Better plan on leaving work just a little bit early, as the festivities begin at 6 p.m. with a Skinnygirl Cocktail and heavy hors d’oeuvre reception — gotta balance those calories somewhere, right? The evening continues with a high-energy fashion show featuring wares from international-recognized designer Pamella Roland. Stick around through midnight for dancing (with Joffrey dancers, to boot!) and nosh from some of Chicago's most popular food trucks. After all, you have to have something to soak up all those cocktails.

This year's party takes place along the Chicago River at the beautiful new McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago. Dance party, general admission, and VIP tickets range from $150 to $600 per person. Additional ticket information — including how to purchase — can be found on the Joffrey website. Can't attend but want to make a contribution? One of our fave vintage pop-ups, Luxury Garage Sale, is offering a post-event online auction featuring a carefully curated selection of goodies. Items are available for viewing online as we speak.
