How long have you been a real-estate agent, and how have you learned to adapt to the market?
"I've been a realtor for six years now, so from the start, I've had to learn to adapt to a challenging market. Being creative to find new ways to sell my listings has led to winning Top Producing Agent awards for the last five years."
What tips do you have for someone trying to buy or sell right now?
"It could not be a better time to buy right now with prices low and interest rates historically low — especially for those who are facing rising rent prices. I work with a lot of first-time buyers and offer my expertise to help them avoid making rookie mistakes. My goal is to help them find a place that they can not only fall in love with, but that is also a smart investment with great resale potential."
"For sellers, making their property stand out with professional photos and great staging is key since most buyers start their search online. Home Staging 101: Declutter, take down personal photos, freshly paint with neutral colors, and add fresh flowers."
