What is your favorite beauty splurge and bargain?
"My favorite beauty splurge is to get 'grown-up nail art at the nail salon. I guess it's not much of a splurge, but as with all of the DIY tips, I just can't do my right hand! My favorite bargain is Wet 'n' Wild Black Liquid Eyeliner. I buy it in bulk."
