Do you have any advice for new/future shop owners in Chicago?
"It shouldn’t be about the money. Make sure you love and believe in what your business stands for.  The most important thing is to have passion and believe in what you’re doing – you’ll be a happier person and only the best will come of your hard work.  I know that it’s cliché but I’ll stick by it.  All of a sudden you find yourself working 60 hours a week…but for some reason with it being your own business it doesn’t seem to bother you."
