How To Score A Sultry Liner Look Without Stabbing Yourself In The Eye

When it comes to lining your eyes, you probably don't need us to tell you the basics. But there is one part, at least for us, we never can seem to master quite like we want to: lining our inner rims. Effectively coating your waterline can be a tricky and sometimes painful experience, but it's an absolute necessity if you really want to nail that super-sultry eye look.

Girl-next-door makeup this is not — watch the video to get the down and dirty details on how to master inner eyeliner.
