Your Post-Holiday Detox Plan Is Right Here

2
It's about halfway through December and you're probably already wondering how to shed those holiday pounds. Now, we're not calorie scrooges (down that second glass of nog, please!), but we wouldn't be doing our jobs if we didn't help you plan for the future (i.e. a few weeks from now).
Luckily for all of us, Highland Park's In the Raw is on the case with a new detox menu designed just for you. How's that? Well, one size never fits all, especially when it comes to flushing those nasty toxins out of your body. So, In the Raw offers various programs ($65 to $625 depending on the duration) including a juice detox, raw food diet, a juice, or a raw food combination program.
Quick fix? Not quite. But at least it's a big step in the right (healthy) direction. If you're already chomping at the green, leafy bit to get started, they sugget you make a reservation at least one week before your desired start date.
All five-day cleanses begin on Mondays while the three-day versions begin on Tuesdays. In the Raw also requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice on cancellations for a full refund. Note that any program that includes raw food requires daily food delivery or pick up (we suggest the latter for added free exercise).
For more deets or with assistance on choosing a program, contact In the Raw’s Detox Coordinator Rihanna at detox@intherawhp.com. It's the best, personalized way to kick off 2013 feeling energized, refreshed, and ready for a whole new year of health (and periodic indulging, of course).
