Tell us how long you've been living in your digs and why you chose the space.
"I've lived here for almost two years, and I chose this building because friends of mine live upstairs. Plus, I always loved the mint-green color of the exterior — I have an obsession with pastel Miami colors. I immediately fell in love with how bright it was and how you can see palm trees and power lines out of the windows."

What neighborhood do you live in?
"I live in NeWeHo. I think I might have invented that name, it stands for Northeast West Hollywood."

Describe your design philosophy in five words or less.
"Blue, bright, found, geometric, art."
