What's the biggest "don't" when decorating for a small space?
"Take it easy on prints and colors for more prominent pieces, like a couch. Neutrals really help a place look bigger and more sophisticated. Plus, it makes it easy to switch up the color scheme with accessories."
Have you had any noteworthy parties?
"My closest girlfriends came over for my birthday with champagne, cupcakes, and enough Beyoncé to drive my neighbors a little insane. Everyone brought flowers, so it felt like FernGully in here. I had no idea that I could fit so many girls into this tiny space! It was cozy and extremely girly, like a big slumber party."
What's the key to entertaining in a tiny pad?
"Make every nook and cranny comfortable and inviting, so that the only places to sit aren't on the couch. Lighting is also key. Find great floor lamps and invest in nice candles to make it feel more like a home than a dorm room with harsh lighting."
