Tell us how long you've been living in your digs and why you chose the space.
"I've lived in my little bungalow for almost nine years. Finding a place with some charm wasn't an easy process, even back then. I fell in love with the patio and the yard, then stalked the management company until they agreed to let me live here."

What neighborhood do you live in?
"I live in Venice because I wanted something interesting. I'm happy with my decision, even when the helicopters come out at 2 a.m. with search lights."

Describe your design philosophy in five words or less.
"Home should lift the spirit."
