Since you'll be working with super-pigmented shadows, Evans recommends applying extra powder underneath your eye to catch any fallout. "The powder will cradle the eyeshadow particles and can be gently swept away with a brush when the eyes are complete." Apply Aqua Cream in #2 to the lid of the eye.
