What is one job hunt mistake, and how can someone avoid it?
"Most people I know don't have a clear idea of the type of work they want to do, or the type of environment they want to be a part of. They use this as an excuse for not starting their career. You don't have to have it all figured out. Stop worrying and focus on being great at whatever it is you are doing right now. It isn't what you do that defines you or your career, but how well you do it. There is always room for great people in any company. Find a company you feel will exploit your strengths, regardless of the industry, and be great at what is directly in front of you."

What are some fashion musts when going on an interview?
"Make sure you ask the company you are interviewing with about their dress code. Dress one step above what you would wear if you worked there full-time, but don't feel the need to conform to stereotypical standards. How you dress leaves an impression words cannot. Stay true to your personal style. You don't want to get hired for being someone you're not. Just make sure your style is adapted to be sophisticated and appropriate for the work place."

What interview question should all interviewees be prepared to answer?
"Traditional questions aren't as common as they once were. Companies are coming up with creative ways to learn more about the interviewee as a person, rather than a rehearsed robot. Don't be prepared to answer specific questions, be prepared to be yourself. I suggest figuring out the three things you want to make sure the interviewer knows about you. Write these items down and practice how you can effectively and succinctly communicate them. Remember the people interviewing you are human beings too and hire based on how they feel about you in the limited time they have to get to know you."
