"Persistence can be a good thing and a bad thing. It is one thing to be aggressive and make yourself stand out, but when you let persistence turn into an annoyance, then you have a problem. Find that fine line and don’t cross it."

What are some fashion musts when going on an interview?
"An interviewee must be professional and polished in their appearance. Depending on the job you are applying for, you may have a little wiggle room in what you wear for the interview. For example, if you are applying for a creative position, it may be okay to show a little more of that creative side in your dress. A future employer may appreciate the creativity. However, if it is a traditional type of job, always stick with a classic look. It’s safe and you can’t go wrong."

What interview question should all interviewees be prepared to answer?
"'What can you bring to the table?' and, 'What separates you from the stack of resumes I have on my desk?'"
