We like wearing eyeliner on our top lash line. We also like sporting eyeliner on our bottom lash line. But, eyeliner on our top and bottom lash lines simultaneously? Let's just say there's a delicate balance between "rocker chic" and "rolled outta bed after sleeping in makeup."
That said, we've seen many a celeb with all-around eyeliner done right. So, we called in makeup pro James Vincent and asked him to teach us how we, too, could master this tricky trend.
