Hawksmoor at Seven Dials is serving up a Christmas burger that includes everything but the kitchen sink. We’re talking deep-fried buttermilk turkey, a sausage patty, spiced cranberry ketchup, caramelized onions, crispy smoked streaky bacon and winter greens, all topped with Ogleshield cheese in a brioche bun and served with duck fat roast potatoes and turkey gravy.
