First it was CTA fares, then pay boxes for parking, and let's not get started on what you forked over for groceries yesterday. Now it seems, the high cost of living extends to literally every aspect of a Chicagoan's life. The Huffington Post reports that if you want to buy marijuana in Illinois, it'll cost ya–more than anywhere else in the country. The prices are so high, in fact, that we are wondering if something else is afoot. Like, seriously, it's gouging. It's as if Illinois is trying to get us to leave Chicago.
