The Paltrow-Martin clan, with abodes already in London, NYC, and the Hamptons, landed the pad for $1.5 mill less than the asking price (they shelled out $10.5 million to be exact). Once featured on the cover of Veranda, the equestrian estate (which counts Heidi Klum and Gisele Bündchen as neighbors) is a Windsor Smith-designed mansion and was the mag's first-ever concept home. Smith and nine other world-renowned interior decorators contributed to the casa's eclectic look. The entry hall's flooring is made from stones from a Peruvian schoolhouse and the horse stable is designed by Kathryn Ireland, star of Bravo's Million Dollar Decorators.
With a gourmet outdoor BBQ and a Studio 54-inspired media room, we don't blame Paltrow if she retreats to her new dwelling during Iron Man 3 set breaks. Well, this and Fred Segal. (Curbed LA)
