Anthony Saracino, Creative manager and west coast styling director; Arica Rodriguez, Women's visual merchandising associate; Shaun D'Souza, Men's visual merchandising associate
What does your role encompass from day-to-day?
"Developing, managing, and executing window and in-store creative initiatives. Touring Guess stores, meeting with our in-store stylists to coach on selling, fitting room behaviors, trend talk, assessing client style personalities, assessing client body type, and assisting to give clients the best possible visits in our stores."
"I send out visual direction to stores on how and where to place each style you see in stores. I also pull looks for the window mannequins. Along with Shaun, who merchandises the men’s items, we tour stores to make certain all standards and merchandising direction are being executed to ensure the Guess brand is represented at its best. I'm lucky enough to have the opportunity to play a role in how our styles are merchandised within our stores and windows."
"I feel that my role at Guess acts as an anchor for other areas in corporate and in the field. I execute merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining all visual, in-store windows, and on the sales floor while working closely with the men’s buying, planning, allocation, and design teams."
What item from any of the label's lines are you coveting right now?
"Every guy needs a good denim shirt in his wardrobe. It looks great layered with a white T-shirt and dark jeans. I love the Clifton Long-Sleeve Denim Shirt
because the wash treatment makes it look vintage. Perfect all-year 'round."
"I’m loving sneakers right now. The wedge versions
are part of my go-to look."
"The Alameda Militant Wash Jeans
— they’re my new favorite! The wash is fresh and can be easily transitioned from day to night."
