In just 30 years, Guess has accomplished what most American brands only dream of: iconic supermodel-filled campaigns that define the
gold black-and-white standard and a logo that elicits a heavy dose of nostalgia. While many see the winning brand formula as an "if-it-ain't-broke-don't-fix-it" approach, we've learned that there's more than meets the eye. Each and every image, design, and window display pays homage to the American Dream that the Marciano brothers chased back in '81 — talk about winning tenacity!
So, visiting the fashion empire's DTLA HQ, we weren't surprised to discover some of the most passionate and stylish employees under the SoCal sun. Click through to meet them — and tour the enviable, art-filled campus.

Wearing an all-white outfit on Labor Day weekend is a no-brainer. It is, at least in theory, the last potential heat wave we'll see. Still, there are ways to deck yourself out in #allwhiteeverything well beyond the end of August without feeling unseasonal. You just have to be willing to be a little more creative.
