Do you stick out on campus because of the way you dress?
"I would be lying if I said I still didn’t get stopped randomly on campus and asked if I was lost. The stranger the heel, the higher the chance. I used to be confused by it, but now I take it as an outfit compliment of sorts."
What fashion items are on your wishlist right now?
"My must-have list is constantly changing every day—I blame all the style blogs I follow! But I’m currently eyeing all kinds of turtlenecks for layering, a quilted leather jacket that won’t break the bank, and sequin accents for daytime glamour. Oh, and this Proenza Schouler dress certainly wouldn’t hurt either. A girl can dream, right?"
Do you consider yourself a geek?
"I like to consider myself a fashion geek of sorts. I’ve always enjoyed keeping up with style trends and the fashion industry as a whole, but since having started my personal style blog and especially since joining Google, I find myself drawn to more technology news and updates. Plus, I think the way in which fashion and technology have combined in recent years is extremely interesting, hence why I love my job!"
