Gluten-Free Beers That Don't Make Us Sad

There's sorghum beer, then there's gluten-free rice beer. Then there's this, a balanced mix of the two. The initial taste of New Grist is as smooth and full as any beer drinker would want, but then comes the inevitable drawbacks associated with the genre: flatness and a lack of kick at the end. Regardless, there is craft and flavor here if you see past the obvious drawbacks.
The Party People Say: "I thought something was up with this. I thought it was, like, a diet beer or something. But it's beery, and I'll finish it for sure. What's sorghum?"
