Anything you learned about starting a business that everyone should know?
"I had to make mistakes — in the beginning, it was a lot of trial and error. I had to figure out what materials worked best [and] what designs, but it’s also really important to create a business plan. Mine is a work in progress, but it outlines my goals [and] marketing strategy.

It’s also important to start small. [Instead of making a big investment in an e-commerce site], I did some research to find a free e-commerce template that worked for my site. It was straightforward, a minimalist design that I liked, and very user-friendly."
