Hems seem to get shorter when the weather gets warmer. But this summer we're excited for (read: obsessed with) the most versatile and ladylike skirt in our closet. Bring on the volume, because it's time for full, swingy skirts — the kind that dance and swing, not the kind that stick to your thighs in the humidity.
