Bar Pilar is working overtime on the boozy treats these days. Choose between the icy Poptail ($10) — a popsicle flavored with a lemon-y mix of champagne, St. Germain, and lemon simple syrup — or go for possibly the most intense ice cream float ever: the Cuba Libre ($11). Served in a repurposed Coke bottle, this float weighs in with vanilla ice cream, rum, Mexican coke, a Southern Comfort-soaked cherry, and — wait for it — homemade absinthe whipped cream.
