Some offices have a strict "no crazy hair and makeup" rule, when it comes to dress code and professionalism. Refinery29 is not one of those places. Basically, if it's awesome, you'll see us wearing it, no matter if it's a peculiar new lip color or a braid that only hand acrobats can achieve. That said, we're real gals, too, with real limitations, and while you'll hear us oohing the elaborate looks on the runway, you won't see us personally replicating them with the help of our (nonexistent) hair and makeup team.
